Cranberry Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese
12 oz cranberries
1 jalapeño
4 green onions
1 lime
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Using a spatula evenly spread the cream cheese into a pie plate. Place in the refrigerator.
To a bowl add the sugar, sea salt and the juice of one lime.
Pulse cranberries in a blender or food processor and add them the bowl. (Be careful to not purée them
Finely dice the green onions and jalapeño, add to the bowl.
Mix all together well and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator and place the cranberry mixture into a fine mesh strainer.
Drain the excess liquid out of the mixture over a sink.
Spread the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese in the pie plate.
Refrigerate before serving.
Enjoy with crackers!
