GF Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

Pie Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Topping

Chocolate ganache:

  • 5 oz chocolate chips

  • 5 oz heavy cream

  • 5 GF Oreo cookies, crushed

Pie Crust

  • GF graham cracker pie crust

Instructions:

Start by making the ganache and topping.

Place the Oreos in a ziploc bag and crush them. Set aside.

Next make the chocolate ganache.

In a small sauce pan melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream over medium low heat. Whisk until smooth and set aside.

Next make the pie filling.

In a large pot or bowl add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and salt. Using a hand mixer, mix until smooth.

Pour the pie filling into the gf graham pie crust and spread it evenly over the crust.

Evenly pour the chocolate ganache on top.

Lastly evenly distribute the crushed Oreos on top of the chocolate ganache

Place the pie in the refrigerator for at least one hour and remove about 15 minutes before serving.
