Six Minute Skillet Salmon

Pat one thawed salmon filet dry and coat with seasoning mixture.

Seasoning mix:

1/8 tsp paprika, 1/8 tsp turmeric, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/8 tsp mineral salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper and 1 clove minced garlic.

Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a cast iron skillet.

Fry salmon for 3 minutes per side over medium heat.

Sauté a large handful of spinach in a cast iron skillet with avocado oil and mineral salt until wilted. 

Plate salmon with sautéed spinach and sauerkraut.

Garnish salmon with fresh parsley. 

Top everything with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
