BBQ Pulled Pork

SO delicious, easy and can be used for so many different meals! It’s gluten-free, soy-free, refined sugar-free, and dairy-free!

Recipe:
+ 4 lbs pork butt @butcher_box cooked in @instantpotofficial for 1 hour on high pressure with avocado oil and 1/2 cup water
+ shred pork (I used two large forks)
+ crisp the pork in a @lodgecastironcast iron skillet with:
+ 2 tbs minced garlic
+ 1 diced white onion
+ 3-4 sliced jalapeños
+ BBQ sauce @thenewprimal(@whole30 approved!)
+ mineral salt @redmondrealsalt
