NOatmeal
+ 1 cup hot almond milk @elmhurst1925
+ 1 tbs flax seeds
+ 3 tbs almond butter
+ 4 tbs chia seeds @navitasorganics
+ pinch of mineral salt @redmondrealsalt (use code ALEXA for 15% off!)
+ optional 1 tbs almond flour (or flax meal!)
+ optional scoop of collagen @vitalproteins or vanilla protein powder
+ optional sweetener of your choice- perhaps manuka honey or maple syrup
+ mix well together & top with berries, nuts, seeds, coconut, etc.
You can also add a tbs of cacao powder for a chocolate flavor!
I like to top mine with @fourthandheartchocolate ghee!
