Beef Taco Bowl

Ingredients:

1 lb Grass-fed ground beef
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Cumin
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Chili powder

1 Romaine lettuce head, chopped
1/2 Red onion, diced
1 Tomato, diced
1 Jalapeño, diced
Salsa verde
Red salsa
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Sour cream

Cilantro

Optionally serve with a side of tortilla chips

Instructions:

Wash and prepare the vegetables. Set aside.

In a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and crumble with a spatula. Mix in the seasoning mixture and stir thoroughly. Sauté until cooked through. Remove from heat.

Assemble taco bowls: romaine, beef, shredded cheese, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, sour cream, salsas and top with cilantro.
