Paleo Thai Curry Pumpkin Soup

This soup is the easiest thing to make and it’s so delicious! Bonus: it’s grain, gluten, dairy, soy, sugar free!

Ingredients:
+ 1 tbs red curry paste
+ 1 can of pumpkin purée
+ 1 can full fat coconut milk- reserve 1 tbs
+ 2 chicken bone broth
+ 1 tsp mineral salt
+ black pepper
+ red pepper flakes
+ cilantro garnish

Mix all ingredients together except cilantro. Heat and stir! Serve, drizzle coconut milk on top with a bit of cilantro, red pepper flakes and pepper.
