GF Stuffed Peppers
- Brown one pound of grass-fed ground beef with diced onions, paprika, chili, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder and sea salt.
- Boil up ~3/4 cup quinoa mix in some garlic powder and sea salt
- Mix everything together in a large bowl
- Slice 2 peppers in half and fill with the mixture
- Bake at ~400 for ~20 mins (I just waited until the peppers were soft and the mixture was crispy on top!)
- Top with diced onion, jalapeño, cilantro, chives, salsa, sour cream and whatever cheese you like! ❤️
