Paleo Berry Crumble

Filling:
+ 3-4 cups berries (strawberries, blueberries & raspberries)
+ 3 tbs arrowroot starch
+ juice of 1/2 lemon
+ 3 tbs maple syrup
+ 1 tsp vanilla extract
+ 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Crumble mixture:
+ 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
+ 1/3 cup almond flour @bobsredmill
+ 2 tbs arrowroot starch
+ 3 tbs chia seeds
+ 2 tbs flax seeds
+ 3 tbs ground flax seeds
+ 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
+ 3 tbs coconut flakes @dangfoods
+ 2 tbs maple syrup
+ 1 tsp vanilla extract @simplyorganicfoods
+ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
+ sea salt @redmondrealsalt

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine filling mixture in a bowl. Combine crumble mixture in a separate bowl. Grease an 8-inch cast iron skillet with coconut oil and fill evenly with filling mixture. Top filling with crumble mixture and bake for ~30 minutes or until crumble is crispy and filling is bubbling. Enjoy!
