Honey Glazed Carrots

+ 10 large carrots 🥕🥕
+ 4 tbsp raw honey
+ 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil @bragglivefoodproducts
+ 1 tsp cracked black pepper
+ 1 tsp mineral salt @redmondrealsalt
+ fresh parsley

+ Wash, peel and cut carrots into sticks
+ Combine honey, olive oil, mineral salt & pepper in a small bowl
+ Evenly coat carrots with the mixture
+ Place carrots on a parchment-lined baking sheet
+ Bake at 400° for 30 minutes
+ Top with fresh parsley
