Paleo Dog Biscuits
Ingredients:
~1 1/2 cups coconut flour
1/2 cup 100% pumpkin puree
1 cup wild caught salmon, canned
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
4 eggs
Instructions:
mix all ingredients in a food processor until a ball of “dough” forms easily. (if dough is too wet, add more flour)
place dough in an airtight container in the fridge for an hour
roll dough between two sheets of parchment paper until ~1/4 inch thick using a rolling pin
preheat oven to 350ºF
using a cookie cutter of your choice- cut your dough into shapes
place cut dough onto parchment lined baking sheets in an even layer
bake for ~25 minutes
If treats are not crisp, dry and golden brown after cooling a bit- place the biscuits onto a baking rack on the baking sheet and continue baking until treats are completely dry. About 15-20 minutes depending on your oven- keep checking so they don’t burn
store in an airtight container
