Pot Roast

Ingredients:

3 lb grass-fed chuck roast

2 cups carrots

2 large yellow onions, quartered

2 cups creamer potatoes

1 qt beef bone broth

6 oz tomato paste

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbs worcestershire sauce

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

Sea salt

Pepper

Instructions:

Wash and prepare the vegetables & set aside.

Pat the chuck roast dry and season with salt.

Sear on each side for 3-4 minutes in a cast iron skillet on medium high.

Mix the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, seasoning and bone broth in the slow cooker.

Add the roast.

Add the carrots, potatoes and onion.

Cover and cook on high 2 hours.

Cook on low 5-6 hours.
