Upgraded GF Mac N Cheese

Bake some pastured chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, sea salt and garlic powder. Sauté the veggies (onion, carrot & celery) in pastured bacon fat in a cast iron skillet. Cooked up some @eatbanza mac n cheese and add coconut milk and grass-fed butter. Mix it all together and top it with green onion, jalapeño, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Comfort food...but upgraded. 😛
