Paleo Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

10 large carrots
4 tbs raw honey
4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
Fresh parsley

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400. Wash, trim and peel carrots. Cut them into sticks and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Mix the honey, olive oil, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Evenly coat the carrots with the liquid mixture. Bake at 400 for about 35 minutes. Chop fresh parsley. Transfer carrots to a serving dish and top with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
