Creamy GF Veggie & Sausage Soup

- Cook the sausage in a cast iron skillet.

- Slice sausage into coins and set aside.

- Wash, chop and sauté veggies in olive oil: carrots, onions, celery, garlic. Add them to a large soup pot.

- Wash and chop a medium sized sweet potato.

- Add 1 QT chicken bone broth and sweet potato to the pot.

- Melt 5tbs grass-fed butter with 1/4 cup coconut flour in a small saucepan. Mix throughly.

- Add one can of coconut milk to butter and flour mixture. Mix, bring to boil and remove from heat.

- Add mixture to soup with the cooked sausage.

- Add sea salt, black pepper, parsley and shredded cheese to soup. Mix.

- Simmer and serve! Enjoy!! ❤️
